When are you going to be done/When are you moving in?
The answer is we have to be done by March 29---that is 60 days after we locked in our interest rate. It's good; it gave us a deadline and now we're kicking it into high gear. The house has to be complete (that way if the bank were to take the house for some reason it would be a finished product and they'd be able to sell it). The appraiser will come a couple days before then to look at the house (so actually we have to be done a few days before Mar. 29).
We don't have to be moved in by that time; the house just has to be done...that's the first priority.
However, we are moving our stuff from our storage garage to the house probably the weekend of March 13-14 (whether we move it in where it's supposed to go or just in to the basement for now depends on how done the house is at that point. Although right now it's looking good!)
