Sheathed and did some interior roof bracing. (which you can't see obviously. You're gonna have to trust me on this one.)
What our house would look like window-less---haha:
The shingles are here (color: slate) and the roofers will start tomorrow, Friday (pending any bad weather of course). The roof trusses were built in error in that they went with our previous pitch (8/12, when the upstairs bonus room was still in the plans) instead of the correct 6/12 roof pitch....so with the money we saved from their error, we're going to hire out the roofing. It will get done a lot faster and we won't have to work to shingle this steeper roof.
