The top plates were installed (a piece to connect all the tops of the walls). Some sheathing was done on the front, and Chris framed the entrance to the flex room (which will be french doors) and framed the bay window...as you can see in these pictures. Dad worked on forming the porch (see pics) which will be concrete. It looks so complicated because there won't be decking underneath, which would rust, so it'll just be a solid block of concrete above and something like concrete beams below (the ceiling of the cellar). My dad is so cool. :)

Bay Window & Front Porch
