My dad poured the capstone for a second porch column. Here it is, still in the form:
Garry and Bill and Hillmer Construction came, so a lot got done!They hung these antique French doors (my dad gave me) at the entrance to our flex room.
Al put on all the crown molding on the kitchen cabinets and other cabinets in the house.
They installed baseboards (got about half the house done.)
We trimmed out a little nook in Ben and Sebastian's room to look like a built-in. It will have shelving in it.
Chris and my dad worked on tile in the master shower. It was quite time-consuming getting the first row of wall tile to be level on the 2x2s. The shower will have tile all the way up, but the part underneath the window and along the ramp will just have a tile baseboard.
I worked on filling more nail holes with putty.
