Looking through the kitchen/dining room to the livingroom:
Insulation got moved up and they blew in the cellulose insulation Wednesday, Jan. 20th into all the walls and Thursday they did the attic. The first layer of insulation was spray foam insulation and this is cellulose insulation, which is recycled newspaper that they blow in then "cut" off the excess. This video shows one guy blowing it in, one guy vaccuuming, and one guy removing the excess. I also included a photo of the finished product.
The drywallers will come hang drywall (the walls) on Friday (Jan. 22nd).The next week, they will tape and mud it.
